Looking forward to WordPress 2.5

Post, with screenshots, comparing its features to the current 2.3 branch. This post says it’s delayed by at least a week. Good. work out all the bugs. Take a month if you need to. Otherwise, you gotta update, and four days later (or so it seems), update again cause of some small buggy bloggy pecadillo.

WordPress urgent update to 2.1.2

2.1.1 has been compromised. Upgrade to 2.1.2. I’ve been investigating one-click installs of WordPress on webhosts such as Hostgator and Bluehost, and discovered that in fantastico (a software auto-installer tool), the WordPress version was 2.1.1. New WordPress releases

Good. WordPress 2.1.1 is out — and 2.0.9. There was a bug in the auto-formatting that reared its ugly head in the contact form plugin. Many more updates than the file that takes care of that, though. I’ll be doing my updates later today.
